This camera is almost everything that all the pundits and reviewers said it is. I am personally a little disappointed in the images it takes indoors. Using the iA (or is it Ai), I thought it would handle exposures better than it actually does. I always seem to have to increase the brightness with a post edit. Maybe I just need to find where these types of settings can be changed and set, but the draw of this camera was the "automatic-ness" of it. Outside shoots have been stellar. That being said, I do like it quite a bit. It's easy to use, easy to handle and does look spiffy. Cheapest Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH20 14.1 MP Digital Camera with 8x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.7-Inch LCD (Black)

This camera (DMC-FH20) is everything I expected and more. I am totally happy with it. I bought it mainly for the 8x optical zoom. I didn't expect the Extended optical Zoom of 67.5x since it is not mentioned anywhere except in the manual that comes with the camera. The 14mp resolution is nice but not important unless you intend to print wall sized photos. I use the camera at a 3mp setting and everything comes out well. If you are looking for a little cost savings consider the DMC-FH1.
