I have a Westie Bishon mix that is 14 pounds I ordered the Medium and glad I did. Any smaller and we wouldn't have been able to put both legs through the openings. The only reason why I gave this 4 out of 5 stars is it doesn't fit him right. It's extremely tight on his back, but to big arouGet more detail about Dapper Dog Tuxedo Pet Costume.
