I've had this camera for several weeks now and have been consistently been amazed by its capabilities. The image quality is extraordinary. I've been using it with a Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM Ultra Wide Angle Zoom Lens and have yet to be disappointed. The Mark III is complex enough that it prompted me to read the instruction manual, as well as another book ("Magic Lantern Guides: Canon EOS-1D Mark III EOS-1Ds Mark III"), from cover to cover - something I've never done before. The good news is that the Mark III is so coherent and well designed that it only takes reading the manual once to sort out how to make the most of all of its functions.
