Cheapest Nikon Coolpix L20 10MP Digital Camera with 3.6 Optical Zoom and 3 inch LCD (Navy Blue)

I'd ordered this camera as a starter camera for my 10 year old son to take with him on holiday. After explaining how it works to him, I handed over the camera, rechargeable battery and charger to him. A week later, we complained that the battery was draining out too fast. I tried it ad found that the battery was indeed draining rapidly. I'm using two brand new Sanyo Ni-Mh 2100 batteries which drain out in the camera if left for 4 days! I even tried regular supermarket batteries but with similar disappointment.
