I was looking for a camera specifically to take fishing. I'm a fly fisherman and the camera I have been using is just too heavy, too bulky, and too expensive to carry on the river. This camera offered me a view finder, which I prefer; adequate resolution, a great lens with a very healthy optical zoom.
